PSV Union Team Registration Information

SPRING 2012 REGISTRATION/FEES ON YOUR TEAM'S PASS2ME GROUP PAGE

HOW TO REGISTER & PAY

New players must to submit the following:

  • US Club Soccer registration form (below) - completed & signed
  • photocopy of a birth certificate or passport
  • 1" x 1" headshot photo - no hats or sunglasses


Submit paperwork by:

  • Scanning & Emailing, then mailing original wet-ink US Club form
  • Mailing all info

 

Fees:
  • Check the Team Fees page (under Teams) for more information
  • Check your Team's group page on Pass2Me for team-specific payment information and PayPal link

 

Payment Method:

  • Check (send via mail)
  • Credit Card (by PayPal; convenience/processing fees apply)

COMMUNICATION BY PASS2ME WITH PSV UNION

We do most communications, updates, club/team/player news, info and video on homework assignments, post photos, etc. on Pass2Me (like a Facebook type of social network but just for soccer)

 

We encourage you to sign up for Pass2Me and "Friend" PSV Union Football Club. Most of our news, communications and updates go through that system because there are automatic email notifications, text notifications (if you choose) and if you log in regularly, it's a good place for us to aggregate news about our club, teams, players, etc. as well as disseminate training info and ideas for each player to work on their game. 

 

Once you "friend" PSV Union Football Club, then we'll invite you to all the necessary groups, like Small Groups, or you specific Team Page, the Juggling Page, the Homework Page, etc. 

 

When logged in, you can access any/all friends/teammates/group pages from the top Nav Bar.

 

Pass2Me sends out email notifications and text notifications (should you choose) for event updates, new posts, etc. You can sync your Mobile phone to the system to get texts.

 

Please be sure to respond to all Event invitations by clicking on the RSVP (lower left) for each event. Please also make notes in the "Comments" tab where appropriate re: schedule conflicts for that particular event. All events you are invited to can be accessed on your own profile page under the Events tab, or when you visit that specific friend, group or fan page.

 

Age Groups

PSV Union FC supports competitive, year round boys and girls teams in various age groups. Tryouts for all PSV Union teams are currently open and ongoing.


Age Groups are for players born on OR after the dates listed below.

U5   - 8/1/06
U6   - 8/1/05
U7   - 8/1/04
U8   - 8/1/03
U9   - 8/1/02
U10 - 8/1/01
U11 - 8/1/00
U12 - 8/1/99
U13 - 8/1/98
U14 - 8/1/97
U15 - 8/1/96
U16 - 8/1/95
U17 - 8/1/94
U18 - 8/1/93

Uniforms & Training Gear

Go to the Uniforms page (in the Teams section) for details & the link to our club page on Eurosport for uniform items, training gear, etc.

We require all players to wear soccer-appropriate clothing to practices. For games, official team uniforms (jerseys & socks) and tracksuits (for older teams) or PSV Union sweatshirts for warm-ups/cool-down. We also require players to bring a warm-up to all practices during the cooler winter season as it becomes chilly before/after training.
