COACHES
College coaches will be able to coach the players themselves and view players being trained by professional coaches and watch them play in small sided and half field games. We believe the 5 v 5 and 7 v 7 format coupled with functional and technical training will provide college coaches ample viewing opportunities to enable them to assess a players playing abilty and training mentality and application.
WHY THIS FORMAT?
College coaches want to see players train and how they function. Tournament play and games dont always provide coaches enough insight on players in order to evaluate. How players prepare and how players train is of paramount importance. College coaches are recruiting players for 4 years and dont base their evaluation seeing one or part of a game. Personality, teamwork, attitude and coachability are all of paramount importance to a college coach. How a player trains and how they apply themsleves says it all.
