Our staff is among the most renowned in youth soccer development is every aspect of the game throughout the world. We have been managing and coaching professional and amateur, youth, men’s and women’s teams, clubs and events for the past 20 years. Primarily based in California, USA, our staff has developed some of the finest players in youth soccer in the USA and continues to do so. We have placed players in NCAA D1, professional, National teams, including World Cup and Olympics and professional football.

A renowned technical football coach and trainer, Gary Ireland has been a founder, promoter, coach, business owner mentor, advisor and investor in the San Francisco Bay/Silicon Valley area for over 20 years. He has advisory roles in football organizations and technology companies through his global soccer consulting company, Ireland Group, and in 2011 launched, a social networking site with features designed specifically for the global soccer community connecting the soccer ecosystem including players and college coaches. Gary is recognized by 'Advance', the global business network spanning 40 countries with one million Australians abroad, as being one of the ‘Advance 50’ current and emerging leaders honored at the Silicon Valley Summit in May 2012 for their contributions to the commercialization of Australian innovation dedicated to assisting and mentoring Australian innovators, entrepreneurs and start-ups to commercialize and globalize.  

Gary holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool MBA Football Industries Program Football whose graduates operate in all aspects of the game in over 40 countries. As a player Gary first trained with F.C Barcelona at 15 and Chelsea F.C at 16 and played for Queensland's Men's State Team.  Among his credentials in a distinguished career are roles as Academy coach at Liverpool FC and an assistant to world renowned coaching guru Wiel Coerver in Dubai before starting his own club, PSV Union FC in Northern California, well known for developing collegiate and national team talent. Gary is the founder and Director of Operations and Technical Director. Abner Rogers is one of the best and most famous women's soccer coaches in the world today. An internationally and nationally respected coach with extensive experience and a history of success in women’s soccer. Rogers 2010 induction into the USASA Hall of Fame symbolizes his significant contribution towards the development and advancement of adult amateur soccer. A native of London, Rogers is a graduate of City and East London College and obtained his Football Association Full Badge in Lillishall England in 1984. In 2001, Rogers founded the Laguna Hills Soccer Club Eclipse where he continues to serve as President and Technical Director. An organization which has been ranked as a top 20 girls club in the nation for five consecutive years. Rogers is attributed with creating the program philosophy, curriculum and guidelines, including coaches education, which has boosted the club into national distinction and landed three National Championships (2002, 2005 and 2010). Rogers was awarded the California Youth Soccer Association Coach of the Year in 1995 and 2005 for his commitment at the youth level. In addition, Rogers served from 2004-2008 as Head Coach of the USASA National Team where he coached international games against Australia, Mexico and several U20 National teams. He was also the Head Coach of the Region IV Women’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) team which won multiple gold medals at the US Soccer Festival in 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2002. Overall, Rogers has mentored and  developed 13 players to Professional ranks, 31 to Regional teams, and 22 to National teams. Five of his players have played in World Cup competition. With accolades and accomplishments such as Rogers, it is understandable that in 2009 he was named as Head Coach of the LA Sol in the Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS) League. The team won the league championship and were WPS finalists. Rogers was named the 2009 WPS Coach of the Year, as well as coach of the All-Star team. In 2011 Rogers assembled another talented team in the OC Waves in the WPSL. The team won the National Championship in it's first year and Rogers was named WPSL 2011 Coach of the Year.

Having played professionally with Liverpool FC ladies team in England, Carine has also excelled in other aspects of her career. A graduate of Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology focusing on human health & performance, Carine also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Carine played on the Stanford University women’s soccer team freshman year as a walk-on and has played on a WPSL (Women's Premier Soccer League) teams SF Nighthawks and a brief spell with the Bay Area Breeze. An outstanding player herself, Carine also plays with and against the older players in the club, providing an excellent example both as a player and through her impeccable demonstrations.  As a youth player, Carine was selected to the Northern California State team pool and was a Region IV (western regional US) camp attendee. She was a 4-year varsity player and co-captain at Gunn High School.

After graduating from Stanford University, Carine played for Liverpool FC Ladies team in England in 2002 as one of the few foreign players in the league and in the WPSL from 2004-05, as a member of the SF Nighthawks and Union FC, competing in the National Women's Cup Final in Las Vegas in 2005. Carine played in the top local women's league in the San Francisco Bay Area- SVSA, winning the Silicon Valley 1st Division league in 2011. Recently, she played on the Bay Area Breeze, a professional team playing in the semi-pro WPSL league.

While studying at Stanford she began devoting substantial time to coaching youth soccer players and working with World Soccer Inc., as an apprentice coach, an administrative assistant and camp counselor.  During this time Carine assisted in training many State and Regional level players who have since gone onto playing at the highest collegiate levels. She recently helped prepare Mexican National Team player Veronica Perez train for the 2011 Women's World Cup and is currently preparing players to play at some of the top Universities in the country. Under Carine's tutelage several players have been called up for the USA and Mexico National youth teams. 

Carine co-founded PSV Union Football Club in December 2003 and was Operations Manager for 5 years where she was responsible for the master game schedule, coaching assignments, field assignments, player registrations, equipment co-ordinator and managing the budget for over 12 teams. She is currently a professional coach at PSV Union FC and considered to be one of the finest women's coaches in Northern California, enjoying much success developing players into State, Regional and National teams as well as college. Currently also helps guide and place players in colleges In 2006 Carine was a coach/instructor at the Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy at St. Mary's College. 



John is an auditor for the English Premier League (EPL) Football Academies for 'Foot PASS England', evaluating & ranking (EPL) Academies into 4 categories representing a significant challenge in positively impacting the development of English home grown talent; Former Academy Manager Liverpool F.C; Winner FA Youth Cup '06 & '07; England U16 coach '95-'97; England 'C' team coach '97-'01. UEFA 'A' License; FA Academy Manager's License; FA youth Coach's Award.  Has coached: European Football of the Year Michael Owen and Seven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler, Steve McManaman, Jamie Carragher, Wes Brown, Scott Parker, Steven Warnock, Joe Cole. John is one of the most respected and experienced youth coaches in the world today. He has recently become an independent coach after 19 years work with Liverpool Football Club in the English Premier League. 

  • Full time coach at Liverpool FC since 1991. (9 years as a part-time coach. 10 years full-time) made up of one year as Assistant Academy Manager U9 - U14 age range, 5 years as Youth Team Coach U19/U18s winning the FA Youth Cup 2006 and 2007 in the final two years as Youth Team Coach, then 4 years as Academy Manager 2007-11.
